Publix Family Sundays (4 Arena Club tickets + $50 Publix card + postgame shot on net), $3 Beer & Wine nights, Kids Takeover and Mascot Games in 2026-27; Jax Pack Kid's Club and School Day games.

Best seats. Corners at $20-something are the family sweet spot; everything is lower bowl, so the glass behind the Icemen's warmup goal is affordable.

Public skate. No public skate found. Publix Family Sunday packs include a postgame chance for a kid to take a shot on net.

Sports-complex lots (Lot Z, Sports Complex Garage, Arena Garage) about $10–15 per car, card-only. Overflow at Lots J/P/Z, the Fairgrounds, and street parking north of Duval St when the arena garage closes.

• Doors open one hour before puck drop. Enter at the main doors on A. Philip Randolph Blvd for warmups. source
• The whole arena and its parking lots are cashless with no ATMs. Bring a card or phone wallet. source
• Bags must be 12x6x12 in. or smaller and get searched. There's no bag check, and items taken at the door are not returned. source
• Strollers have to be checked in the lobby, and car seats or infant carriers aren't allowed. Tablets, noisemakers and selfie sticks are banned too. source
• Sunday Publix Family packs add a postgame chance for your skater to shoot on net, which is a great hook for young players. source
